1. A non refundable deposit of £25 will be paid to secure the space. The remaining fee will be paid by April 1st 2009 or the space will be resold.

3. You will arrive at the site on the morning of the fête between 7:30am and 10:30am and be directed to your designated space. You will have completed setting up your stand by 11:30am on Saturday 18 July 2009. If longer is required to set up arrangements can be made to allow for an earlier arrival.

4. If there is no need to restock during the event the stand convenors vehicle must be removed from the site and parked legally in the surrounding area.

5. As the theme of the fête is of an environmentally friendly nature your goods must be reasonably within this field. If you are not sure please contact us on 0208 979 1587

6. All commercial stand convenors will donate 10% of each sale of items on the day to the charities designated by the Hampton Hill Fête Committee.

7. Please be aware that all rubbish on the site will be hand-sorted for recycling by our Scout volunteers.  Take care to manage your waste disposal to make this task as easy for them as possible. We have certain strict rules which all stalls have to follow:

• No plastic bags and cling wrap. Paper, calico, cloth or reusable "green" bags are fine.  You can use greaseproof paper or calico to cover food. Plastic bags are a danger to wildlife such as the red deer so the site is 'plastic bag free zone'. You can either have your own canvas or recyclable paper bags from sustainable forests available for shoppers or can purchase ours to give away or sell to raise more funds for the designated charities.

• No polystyrene boxes.

• No glass. This beautiful park is home for the deer.

• No Non Biodegradable or Toxic Products. The fair will be a controlled, sustainable site.

8. Where goods are imported we will only accept your application if you can provide us with proof that your items are from a 'Fair Trade' source.

9. Where applicable we will want a copy of your Trading Licence, Public Heath & Safety Certificates, Risk Assessment and Insurance.

10. A 3m x 3m space costs £50 for a commercial stand plus £30 if a gazebo is required. A 3m x 3m space costs £35 for organisations with charity numbers plus £30 if a gazebo is required.
