Exhibitors & Stall Hirers Agreement
I agree to be bound by the Hampton Hill Fete Stall Hirers Rules. I will donate 10% of each sale of any items on the day to the charities designated by the Hampton Hill Fête Committee. I have enclosed a copies of my Trading Licence, Health & Safety & Insurance documents (if applicable). I have also enclosed my deposit of £25 for each 3m x 3m space and agree to pay the remainder of the fee by 1st April 2009.
