HAMPTON HILL VILLAGE FETE & GREEN FAIR

Eco~Photography Competition Rules

1. This competition is open anyone

2. All photographs must be of an environmental, recycling, sustainability, ecological or wildlife theme. Photographs may be included any of the following: electric cars and solar powered items, animals, plants, wave and wind power machines, recycling plants, landscapes, seascapes. Use your imagination!!

3. There will be 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes in four categories:

Under 16's
Students (all ages)
Hobbyists (over 16)
Professionals

4. To enter email your best three photographs with your name, address and telephone number to: ask@hamptonhill.org. Then fill in the Entry Form and post to:

We are asking a small fee of 50p to enter each of the competitions. Please enclose it with your entry. You may hand deliver your entry form to the letterbox at White Dove Court (next door to Tesco's Cash Point Machine on the High Street) You will then receive a confirmation letter from us.

5. Your photographs will be posted on the Photo Competition page (with a copy write watermark in your name) of the HH Fete website and judged prior to the event. You can add contact details and a link to your website to the online exhibition if you would like.

6. Then the top three of the four categories will have their work exhibited on the day of the event in the Eco Art & Photo Marquee. The winners will also have the privilege of being able to sell prints on the day with a 10% donation of their sales to be given to the Fete's supported charities. All entrants can also hire an exhibition stand on the day if they wish. See: www.hhfete.co.uk

7. Winners will be presented with their awards on stage during the Prize Giving Presentation at 4:30pm.
